1. Installation of Split AC 2. Servicing & Preventive Maintenance: - Routine servicing, and performance checking of ACs and Refrigerators. 3. Repair & Troubleshooting: - Diagnosing faults using wiring diagrams and technical rating plates. - Checking and replacing components like Compressor, Capacitor, OLP, Relay, PCB, Fan Motor. - Understanding technical specifications like Power Supply 230V AC 50Hz, Refrigerant Qty, Rated Current, IP Rating etc. 4. Refrigeration System Work: - Leak detection, Brazing, Vacuuming and Refrigerant Gas Charging (R32, R410A, R134a, R290, R600a). - Handling of CFC Free systems as per safety norms. 5. Electrical & Safety: - Basic electrical wiring, earthing check, safety precautions. - Maintaining service reports
